I woke up to this message

I didn’t think much about it, same as the sender, it’s a little random and “strange”. I wondered a little, why shoes for my kids, don’t they have enough shoes? but didn’t think much. As usual I forwarded message to wife to tell her about God’s gift to us.

Later on my wife told me that she realised Sean has no covered shoes for cold weather. Apparently he has school shoe and no other covered shoes and we are flying to China’s winter tomorrow.

I took the chance to make sure Sean processes the “real-ness” of God, impressing upon him the day to day realities of God’s intimate provisions for people who walked with Christ. I explained to him clearly that Holy Spirit spoke to a disciple in Singapore, disciple acted on it, provided a gift to us in Indonesia, Dad didn’t know why, Mum remembered through this provision that we missed out Sean’s shoe 1 day before we fly. [This flow of events doesn’t make sense in this world; because it’s supernatural leading of the Holy Spirit and through the hands of His disciples in the natural world]

So I helped Sean process that God takes care of him in as small a way as shoes. God is very detailed and intimate.
