Here am I

At the beginning of the book of Isaiah, he says “Here am I, Send me”

Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?”

And I said, “Here am I. Send me!” (Isaiah 6:8)

At the end of the book of Isaiah, it tells us that God is the one who first pro-actively reveals Himself to us, saying to mankind, “Here am I”

“I revealed myself to those who did not ask for me;
I was found by those who did not seek me.
To a nation that did not call on my name,
I said, ‘Here am I, here am I.’ (Isaiah 65:1)
